"Nice hotel for the price."

"We had a great stay here for 6 nights. There is lots to do around this area. Although the hotel could use a facelift, and some superficial updating, it was clean, the bed was comfy, the staff were friendly and the location; right on the water with a beach, pool , hot tub and gazebo out on the water, was fantastic!"

"Steve at the front desk was wonderful, there were fresh cookies and fruit in the lobby. Room was clean with immaculate views. "

"Good value for Hutchinson Island, but deferred maintenance is a big drawback. Staff was friendly and helpful. I may stay there again tho."

"The view of the ocean from the room and balcony was excellent. Unfortunately, I couldn’t lock the balcony door. It was not functioning properly. Now I was on the third floor, so not that big of a deal, but I would have liked to lock the door. The door jam entering the room was also damaged. The door did close without a problem and I was able to lock it, but there was obvious damage that should be repaired. Also, the bathroom vanity light was not very bright. It was so dim it was difficult to see in the mirror to shave properly. These are the few things that were disappointing for the price. I didn’t use the pool, but I did go down and have a look around it. It appeared to be very nice. Access to the beach was also nice."

"Front desk great! Guests Not able to stream HBO at hotel Breakfast could use some fruit other than apples and banana. Otherwise good. "

"The location is absolutely stunning. The adult pool on the river was the highlight. My pet did well with a large room and balcony with a railing. There are quite a few things to improve upon as the property is under total construction. Once they get the hotel rooms up to speed I’m sure it will be amazing. I did enjoy it being basically empty. "
