"Unfortunately there was a lot of dust in the property, the door to bathroom was so dusty you could write on it also the shelf next to the safe was also covered in dust. The handle to the living room/ kitchen was missing. There was no air conditioning but there were a couple of floor fans and portable radiators if required. Beds were clean and comfortable. As it was very hot the few days we were there we were surprised that the radiators in the hallways were on making it. Close to the train...

"Clean room, but zero a/c. 70 degrees outside but 85 in the room, recirculating lukewarm air through the fan. Hotel staff were polite acknowledging this, but there was nothing they could do."

"Very tired property; the bedroom had moths, the carpet was stained, the stool had ripped fabric and the tv took 30seconds to turn on!"

"We had our wedding reception here and then stayed over that night. It was all excellent. The staff were really good and super helpful. The food for the reception meal was fantastic. The room was super comfy. I highly recommend this hotel"

"Very spacious room. Bed could have been a little more comfortable but was adequate. Close to many walkable sites. The room access cards kept failing once or twice a day which was annoying but all the staff were helpful and friendly. Laundry was a pain as it was very expensive and had to be provided to them by 8am if you wanted it back the same day. We took an Uber to a coin laundry and it took an hour and was cheaper including the cost of the Uber there and back"

"Room was very clean & tidy. It has all you need for a short stay & positioned conveniently in the centre of Newcastle next to train station. Room had AC making for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was well presented to suit all palattes. Staff were on hand to help & were approachable & friendly. Would stay here again when we visit Newcastle."
