"Loved the excursions and very helpful staff. The wifi could be better while in the room, outside the room the wifi is great. The tv signal in the room was not great. Overall, i give the Viva Tangerine a 4/5 stars. I can see myself coming back again. "

"Small, older motel-style hotel with bar/restaurant on site. In the restaurant the staff were very kind, attentive and helpful (The steak was great and drinks were good). Discovered Cockroach infestation (multiple sizes) in our room (kitchen). Owner was extremely belligerent and combative, refused any resolution including denying checkout receipt. (Contacted via front desk staff and directly by Expedia, see owner responses to other guest reviews for reference.) Restaurant is run by a different individual. "
