"I have been to over 12 resorts in the Dominican Republic and this has been my least favorite. Limited restaurants and a mute point since when I arrived the few restaurants were all booked up. They did make a reservation for us prior to our arrival at the Mexican restaurant a bit late in the evening. The food at the buffet restaurant on our first night was not very good. Luckily the remainder of the days the food was much better. The juices were terrible, The theater where they have the shows is on a third floor. Issue with that is if you are handicapped or have issues going up stairs, good luck. Elevator kept breaking down and the third floor was not accessible for some. The shows don't have anyone presenting or closing them out. They say animation prior to the show but it's just a large tv screen which isn't all that great and they play some music or videos there. It's a small theater. There is only 1main bar where you can get different types of drinks along with the typical frozen coladas or daiquiris and at time long lines. The other bar across the pool area had limited drinks available. Also first day there in the afternoon they had no clean towels available for the pool and beach area. Had to wait till the next morning to get towels. The staff available were decent and friendly but they could use additional staffing that's why I rated that low. If you want to use the pool table , you better have $50.00 in cash for deposit or you aren't going to play. "

"1) I rented 2 queen bedrooms unit. They tried to put us in a 1 bedroom unit. 2) I ask for a ground level unit. They put us on the 3 floors unit. 3) they gaven us an tour of the resort to later offer us a highly pressured sales tactic time share unit."

"Therè is no airport shuttle. We paid for our own about 68$ using Edgar Tours. Breakfast was limited to 3 options, not made to order as advertized. Breakfast was delicious and camw with fruit and hot drink."

"I do not recommend this place for anybody. If you wanna have to shower in moldy, bathrooms, dirty leaking worn outdated.Horrible and no one really cares if ur upset, I guess they are used to it by now"

"I Love this place outside the room but that's how it has been for the 24 years I have been going! I hope it would have gotten better but they don't care because there was not one empty room in the place because of the Canadian omission from Cuba. I was sad service was lacking. Too many people and getting a glass of water with your meal was a project. The restaurant reservations unless you were on line by 8 am scoring a spot at a reasonable time was not possible. The buffet was good as usual for all inclusive. The grounds are beautiful and the pools and bars are great. The rooms like I said well... No hot water for 5 of 6 days. Zero water pressure it trickled on you. No one cared. Air Conditioning said 20 degrees but slept sweating with no blankets every night. They came to room and show you it said 20 but it should be freezing if that was true. Asked to have sheets changed due to bites all over our bodies never done. 2 nice housekeepers came a midnight to help us out on a request we asked for at 2pm. Still itching 😩. No security lock on front door. No live TV had to use apps. The free Internet was good for all those people. Safe was free now which was great. Access to my favorite beach was through Select Area. Green flag almost every day was awesome. No beach chairs even with Chair police who were useless.They allowed towels with no bodies for long hours. Beach towels cheap now and always damp. The rooms need TLC and more beach chairs a must & Ceiling fans a must. "

"Hi, I didnt bring a pet. The hotel was wayyyyy more than expected. 5 star service. They really took me as their own and made sure i UNDERSTOOD the money, transportation and the food. I will always stay there going back."
