10 stars! The hotel staff was absolutly amazing. I stayed here with my mother in an apartment style room after a hospital stay. The staff went out of there way many times to help me with translation, transportation and other items. They made a rough time much easier. The location was also great close to many restaurants, grocery and metro.

Convenient location for everything we wanted to do in Toulouse, all very walkable. Appreciated the large room and kitchenette. The WiFi was terrible in our room; staff (very friendly and helpful) tried to help with a portable WiFi unit but that was broken. Could only access WiFi in the hallway. But otherwise the room was everything we needed.

Virtually flawless stay at this property. Rented a 1 bedroom with a terrace for the purposes of decompressing while exploring the city. The staff was readily available and then some without being pushy. Made an online comment in a survey regarding a minor wireless access issue without expecting it to be read much less acted upon. Within hours the staff contacted me with a great solution indicating they not only read surveys they react quickly to resolve them. Accommodations were perfect. Clean, well appointed and exceeded expectations. Will return and undoubtedly make this my base of operations. Very happy with my stay here and thanks to all at Adagio for the pleasant stay.

Excellent stay at Adagio aparthotel

Amazing experience staying at the Adagio aparthotel. Very near to the center and all attractions, we with young children were able to walk all around exploring Toulouse. Also very near to the main station (5 minutes walk) to take the trains to some of the wonderful French cities/towns (Albi, Carcassone). We did lot of day trips to these cities and towns and had a great time at Toulouse exploring the various cities. The aparthotel had all the facilities we would have required for our stay. Very close to supermarkets where we could buy the essentials for our cooking. Overall a good stay in a very good location.

It was adequate. The immediate area was ok. Right next to the train station. The car parking was very convoluted and not easy to maneuver with lots of luggage a cat and child. The hotel and rooms were basic and not very inspiring or inviting. The street noise was very loud. The cleaning lady was very nice and the rooms were clean. The kitchen was quite well stocked with decent pots, pans etc... Parking was very complicated. Did I already say that? On the whole OK. Not great. Not horrible.
