"Before arrival, I called and messaged the hotel multiple times to inquire the shuttle bus service, but I received no response—not even when contacting them through the booking intermediary, Expedia. The hotel lacked even basic in-room amenities, such as drinking water, I have to go very far to buy. The signage directing guests to the rooms was also unclear. A renowned brand like Sheraton should certainly offer a higher standard of service."

"The suite was clean, well-maintained, and reasonably priced. It was equipped with a large refrigerator, a small stove, and a microwave. However, the absence of basic kitchen utensils (such as cutlery and cookware) limited the usability of these amenities.

"Lovely room - very spacious. Comfortable, big bed. Shower had good water pressure which was nice. Didn’t use many of the amenities as we were there for sight seeing but lobby/bar was very nice, had a quick drink there. Only downside was the coffee they offered in the morning was very expensive and tasted awful. They should offer free coffee or if they’re going to charge that much, should offer options for better flavors (creamers, syrups etc). "

"The hotel was nice and staff were very friendly. We only encountered 1 staff member who wasn’t as accommodating as others. We traveled with a young baby and the staff were helpful with our requests for additional services. They are responded quickly to any issues in the room.
The hotel location is good, uber was reasonable as it’s close to DC, the train station is about a 2 (long) blocks away but easy walk, there are a variety of food establishments and CVS within walking distance. Airport is...

"No the room was was 82° in the room. I sweated all night. I took four showers I didn’t even sleep in the bed. I slept in the living room because there was a ceiling fan. I thought the buffet breakfast was inclusive, but it was not. There was a struggle to get into the building with my luggage because the door was so heavy and I am disabled all in all it was "

"I only stayed one night so I can only comment on a few things. Our room was clean and the staff I engaged with was friendly and helpful. One disappointment was that there is a $9 fee for a parking pass for their lot. I think that’s ridiculous. I travel often and I’ve never been charged a fee to park in the hotels lot."
