"Zimmer sauber aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen - vor allem im Bad sichtbar. Lange Wartezeiten an der Rezeption, weil Mitarbeiterin alleine und anscheinend ganz alleine, da sie sich um Sachen kümmern musste, die in ganz anderen Bereichen liegen."

"Had to pay extra for breakfast but the room was already expensive. Mattress super uncomfortable, what amenities? It was a place to stay if you’re desperate but that’s it. Booked three nights but checked out after the first night already. Just not a great place, the area is also not that great. Wouldn’t recommend and would certainly not stay here again."

"The hotel is conveniently located next to bus, tram and S bahn stations making it easy to use public transport to and from the airport and city centre. The breakfast was very good with a variety of hot and cold food. The gym was well equipped too."

"Das wae schon unser 2.Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel als Familie.Die Lage ist sehr zentral.Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend.Auch im Zimmer haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt,es war sauber und modern eingerichtet.Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und frisch mit viel Auswahl.Im nächsten Jahr sehr gerne wieder. "Zum Schlafen - zum reinen Schlafen geeignet. Z.B. für Monteure als Unterkunft. Für Touristen fehlen Service und Komfort. Man hört keinen: guten Tag. Kein Extraweg der gegangen wird für einen. Streckenweise kein oder nur wenige und kaltes Wasser im Bad samt WC Spühlung. In die Jahre gekommen und lange nur verwaltet. Zum reinen Übernachten ohne Erwartungen ok."

"When we arrived I stay demanded 100 Euros for a daily tax. They would not give us a receipt because they didn’t know how much the daily tax would be as it fluctuates on a daily based. The person at the front desk wasn’t able to articulate when we would know the city tax rate. Nor when the rate and total amount would be resolved. Please reply to this issue once it’s resolved. "Kaum in Worte zu fassen. Auch wenn es günstig ist, erwartet man Betten, bei denen man nicht in die Mitte rutscht, weil es vollkommen durchgelegen ist. Ebenso erwartet man funktionierende Zimmerbeleuchtung, gerade auch im Fensterlosen Bad. Die Gardinen zum Teil abgerissen und morgens wird man wegen dünner Vorhänge von der Sonne im Zimmer gegrillt. Das man seinen Zimmerschlüssel bei verlassen des Hotels an der Rezeption abgeben muss ist nicht nachvollziehbar und falls man dies beim Entladenen...

"Really lovely staff for check-in. We did not realise the reception is fully shut until 3pm, so we ended up sat outside but that wasn’t at fault of the hotel, just something to be aware of! There is a convenience store around the corner and is very close to the metro station. We found the location good and also affordable. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, slept well. Would definitely stay again if back in Berlin!"
