"Refrigerator was broken, ruined our food. Boiler room has a pipe burst so the fire alarm went off and we had no hot water so my family and I couldn’t shower. Next day the alarm went off again. Luckily we checked out that day. Do not recommend this hotel"

"The location was perfect as it was close to the Barrymore Theatre and a short Uber ride to the cruise port. I did not like that they applied a $30 "required" amenity fee that was not disclosed during booking. With the fee, they provided a $20 gift card to be spent at their café or restaurant. "The hotel was wonderful, clean, and comfortable. One problem is that I stayed for two days, and during that time, they did not accept cash at any of the restaurants. I also wanted to give some cash tips to the help, who were wonderful at cleaning and very helpful. No electronic tip option for them."
