"This was a great hotel option for us. The location was central between the cafe street in one direction and well-known local restaurants in the other direction. Absolute sea views from our room and a beautiful breeze from the lovely balcony. The room was clean and practical, with an enormous (maybe even too big) TV. The lobby was welcoming and the staff were friendly. We didn’t try the breakfast buffet but the price seemed very reasonable. Would stay here again if in Gangneung."

"Staff are friendly. The building is old but rooms are newly renovated. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious, even the bathroom. Hot water and microwave are available in the corridor.I don't think they make up the rooms daily. Hotel is near the station to Seoul."

"No staff. Inflexible rules. No elevator. It was not clear before getting the room that it had those conditions. As one example I am a foreigner and needed to enter the plus symbol on the keypad for my phone number, but no “+” symbol is on the keypad presented. Bath towels were cheap and small. Was able to talk to someone remotely who got me checked in."
