"It was odd to be in a hotel with almost no employees, but we figured it out. Our last night there was a very loud party at the bar just under our window. It ended at 12:00, but it still gave us a bad night's sleep."

"Room was a good size but rather hot. Apparently, a/c system was in winter mode. Opening windows was rather noisy from street/people activity. Excellent breakfast. Even though coffee machine in room did not always work properly, a staff member came to look at it immediately. Very nice staff. No restaurant, other than for breakfast. There was a bar, but it was not open on Sunday. Very good location for visiting St Gallen by foot and very close to station."

"The staff at the front desk were terribly Friendly- MS REBECCA, KUSEY (hope I got it right) and the very lovely GM of the hotel. She offered my husband the local beer which was a very kind gesture. We were surprised at the respectfulness, friendliness and everything that you can ask from a front desk staff. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast buffet was delicious. My husband enjoyed the bacon."
