"Only issue was the room when I first walked in smelled slightly moldy. I recommend spraying the room with strong air freshener after it has been cleaned. Smells sometimes might have been caused by previous customers cooking."

"The property is a bit old; for example, the toilet seat in the bathroom was seriously beat up. Seems like a small and inexpensive thing to fix! It was a good walkable neighborhood near the city bus system and the Big Bus tour stop. The cross street is on a bit of a lower socio-economic street with some struggling people and boarded up businesses, but I didn't feel unsafe and I walked on it alone. Walk in any direction and you are near interesting things. It was a 10 minute walk to the Yaletown train to the airport, which cost only a few bucks and saved me a Lyft. "
