"Clean room, dinner was excellent but really pricey, the bar could have more things for food. But there was one person that made the difference for us, one of the bellboys, he was an older guy named Artemis, always happy and really cordial and helpful."

"I know most people aren't as keen on walking as myself, but when you come out of the main entrance of the train station and turn right and carry straight on, you will come to this hotel in about twenty minutes. The hotel itself is big, spacious, and close to the shore of the lake with views across towards Italy. The breakfast is excellent. The staff at reception were very helpful as I had managed to double-book my 1-night stay and we were able to sort things out."

"We really enjoyed our stay. We were there just after the season ended so the restaurant had sadly just closed. But the town was still lovely, we were able to get food easily. The front desk attendants were always very helpful and nice and the hotel was lovely. The view is unmatched. Honestly I am still thinking about sitting out on the balcony looking out at the mountains and the lake."
