The Hotel Saratoga, an Ascend Collection Hotel

"I stayed with two friends. We went to a concert at SPAC. They offer a shuttle, so that was a huge bonus. We took the shuttle to downtown & to the concert. Our shuttle drivers were amazing. They both put up with a lot of noise, especially on the way back from the concert!! Upon arrival, the staff was very courteous & helpful. We asked for extra towels right then, because we knew we'd be getting back late. My one area of concern was the smell upon entering the room. It definitely was not pleasant. My friend thankfully brought some lysol so she sprayed the carpet and the air. That helped disappate it some. There was no extra toilet paper in the room, so I had to go find the cleaning people. We couldn't find the hair dryer, we finally found it when we were getting ready to check out. There's no storage in the bathroom, so I'm assuming that's why they didn't leave extra TP & the hair dryer in there. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows could use some work. I normally bring my own just in case of situations like this, but forgot it. I'd definitely stay here again."

"Went for one night during a holiday weekend because we enjoy Saratoga Raving. The hotel was fine. Food and cleanliness were appreciated. Check-in was quick and easy. Patty, at the desk, was a nice surprise. Checked us in quickly and gave us all the information about the accommodations. It’s nice to be greeted by someone who loves her job and the people she sees. Very welcoming!!! Property was well cared for. Beds were comfortable. Location was easy to access. Will stay again."

"It was my understanding that they had a restaurant on the premise. But that has not been in operation since the COVID-19 pandemic. I was disappointed about that as I was hoping to eat breakfast there in the morning before I checked out. Other than that, it was a very cool and interesting place And I enjoyed my stay."

"Upgraded to really nice room. Very clean, well done, felt luxurious. HVAC was loud and vibrating, but I just turned that off. Wish they had glasses instead of paper cups, but otherwise very comfortable room. Especially for the price"

"Elevator was out when we arrived. Do something for the inconvenience? We were fine carrying luggage up stairs but a simple acknowledgement would have been appreciated. Otherwise, staff were very good. Room was clean. Charming place."
