"Room was a little tired, our shower door did not close and the fire pit facing the beach that we were looking forward to was not working while we were there. "

"The hotel is undergoing remodeling. This was not mentioned when we booked. The front lobby is a mess. The entrance was blocked when we arrived which made it difficult for our Uber driver and then the elevator didn’t work so we had to walk to another elevator with all of our luggage. The indoor pool was open but looked very univiting so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was at the property next door due to the remodeling. Staff were very helpful, but we should have been notified in advance that the property was being remodeled and we would have chosen another place. Expensive for what we dealt with."

"Gaidos is a dive. We were able to leave our car in their parking lot for the week while we took our cruise. There was no shuttle as we had to figure that out ourselves. Old and dirty. I walked from the cruise terminal and it was 5 miles, if you’re into walking "
