The lobby, pool area, and room was great! However, the last minute charges and price change was extremely frustrating. Then the GM was not very helpful, all she kept saying is that its not our problem call expedia and that their prices don't necessarily reflect what you see on expedia. Instead of just doing the right thing and honoring the price she denied accountability and told us to go somewhere else, call expedia corporate (not Holiday Inn corporate), or just deal with it. The GM in my opinion needs retraining on how to deal with customers. Most managers would go above and beyond to make sure whatever wrong was done is fixed and the customer leaves happy. I guess here the GM get paid to just tell customers call expedia if they have issues at her hotel smh.
