"The hotel was very dated, but pretty clean overall. It's not a buffet breakfast, but you get to pick 3 items instead. Food was pretty good. Bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. Staff was friendly and there's plenty of parking. It's very close to The Root Athletic Complex. I would stay here again. "

"There was a gap almost an inch wide under our door to the hallway. Things were rusty, broken, and dirty. There were crumbs and dead bugs on the floor. My non dairy creamer curled in my coffee at the "continental breakfast" which was very lacking. There wasn't even any water (no hot or cold). I only stayed due to weather on or drive. Would not stay again. "

She said it happened day before also. Need a better system, irritated after a long day of travel. Quality Inn brand has not been good for us. Had an issue this year also with one in IL. Not coming back. Don’t need the hassles after traveling all day. "

"Was not the cleanest place I have ever stayed. One outside door was broken and leaning on wall inside stairwell, so stairwell to inside rooms was completely accessible to anyone. We were originally given a room on the second floor and neither of the keys worked to open the door. My husband had to go down twice to try and have the keys fixed while our children and I camped out in the hallway with all of our baggage.
