The owners were so warm and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The generous continental breakfast was a lovely touch. "The location was perfect for our needs and the room size was great. I’m still not sold on folding louvre doors for the bathroom. I love my partner but I’m not keen on hearing him on the toilet first thing in the morning. The breakfast was great and served to our liking which is much nicer than buffets. The wait staff and reception were very pleasant and helpful."

"This is usually my hotel of choice when I have to stay in the city for work because the staff are friendly and parking isn't a pain. This stay was nice the room was big and comfortable however, I had so many issues trying to cast a show to the tv it was painful nothing would work and it really let down my stay."

"actual room is older than what the photos showed. Look like a 80s motel but near to a ferry terminal which makes it very easy to explore the surrounding."

"The housekeeping service was terrible as the room was still not cleaned after 2 request and by evening my room was still unattended and I had to make the 5th call before actual attention was taken. Total put off, will not stay here again."

"Confusion over package perks! Drinks in happy hour etc… Breakfast add in’s Generally didn’t get told what we were entitled to. The room was amazing, very happy with it! •Through Expedia App. asked questions and never got an answer with communication with contacting the hotel. I rang Expedia directly, for answers. I also rang the hotel directly as well and Spoke to a young lady a few days prior to our booking and she was not helpful and had no idea."

"The Motel is a small part at the back of a large complex or Restaurant, Bar and Pokies, and so doesn't have the usual focus of a motel. I wandered about looking for the reception to check in, when I found it and the girl seemed more worried about us booking a table for dinner, which we didn't actually need as we were visiting friends. There are Electric Vehicle chargers in the shopping centre next door, which was a big reason for us making the booking."
