"This hotel is so convenient to Bergen attractions. It was so easy to do a morning activity and come back to the hotel before setting off in the afternoon for something else. The staff was very helpful and always so friendly. The included breakfast was the best of my trip through Norway. My only complaint is that the rooms facing the square or the adjacent street were noisy. I would recommend requesting an inside room and not on these noisy streets."

"This apartment was in a quiet area within walking distance of the centre of Bergen. The apartment was clean and exactly as described.We particularly liked using key pads to get into the building and apartment. This meant there were no keys to lose and we didn't have to work out who would be back at the apartment first."

"Every single front desk staff member with whom we interacted was cheerful, friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. Seriously the most amazing team. Our room was beautiful and downright palatial by European standards! Be sure to ask for a key to climb the tower (only about 2 flights of stairs), for a beautiful view."

"Hotel was located in a great location. Hotel breakfast was okay. The room had an electric elevator bed which we didn’t realize upon booking. Only complaint was that we had an early flight in and hotel staff was initially not accommodating with holding our bags. Instead suggested we wait at the restaurant for 5 hours until check in. After initially dismissing us, staff returned and were able to take our bags in the end."

"After long trip of Norway in the nutshell from Oslo to Bergen. It was so tired and when we reached Bergen train station, it was raining. The most amazing thing happened that the hotel is just beside the train station, less than a minute walk. The next amazing thing followed that the lovely staff upgraded my room to a brand new family suite. I totally enjoy my two nights stay here."

"Booked a room with 2 single beds. Room was made up with one very small double bed. The receptionist told me we could separate the double bed to make 2 singles. We waited for them to come and change the sheets from one bed and replace with 2 singles. The singles were EXTREMELY narrow. Easy to fall out of bed. The window looked into a enclosed industrial courtyard. No daylight. Kitchen facilities and supplies were very good."

"We reserved a room (Room 701) which seemed to be accessible only by a winding metal stairwell. The dormer windows provided nice indirect light, but you only got the view of the harbor and historic old town if you went to stand and look out the narrow openings of the dormer windows, so it was not the spacious panorama we had expected. But as it was a rainy/foggy day, we did not miss all that much. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was unusually spacious, well laid-out and well-appointed,...

"This 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for myself, my husband and our grown daughter. Great restaurants, delicious coffee and beautiful parks all within easy walking distance. Proximity to the university gave the neighborhood a fun vibe. Would definitely stay here again!"
