The bland facade Castello Castriota Scanderbeg is hiding a small Garden Eden right in the heart of picturesque Galatina. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is luxurious and furnished to a high standard. It might be worth a day of discovering it, hanging out in different nooks or on the rooftop terrace of course.

Great stay in centre of Galatina

Great location, right in the centre close to everything. There is free street parking very close but it is very busy so we had to wait a long time to find a space. The room was small but adequate with a lovely view over the square. Everything was clean and complimentary toiletries were provided. The breakfast was very good- would definitely recommend the croissants!

Pros: centrally located in Storico Centro, reasonable prices, decent breakfast buffet, beautiful building. Cons: amenities on Expedia listed do not exist - no laundry service, on-site parking means the five free public parking spots in the town square, air conditioning is only in the rooms themselves and the rest of the hotel gets very hot in the summer, staff only on-site part of the time.

Espetacular! Cidade linda , calma , uma graça ! Café da manhã ótimo Relação custo benefício para quem ficará perto da região e precisa visitar outras cidades. Atento ao check-in das 13:00 às 16:00 fica fechado. O hotel fica bem na praça , cuidado com a Ztl ao lado. Ótimo em tudo Tem café da manhã que pode ser incluso no quarto. Porém pagamos 10,00 euros por pessoas a mais para ter um café completo. Não toma café fora por esse valor. A cidade de Galatina é a cidade da patisseria . A Márcia é excelente tb

Un magnifique château, décoré avec grand soins !! Nous avons adoré le déjeuner qui pouvait se prendre à l'intérieur ou sur une très belle terrasse extérieure !! Le bijou de cet établissement est certainement Marzia Fracella !! Extrêmement gentille, elle nous a parlé de la culture de la région, nous a conseillé des endroits à visiter et des restos selon nos besoins .....Grazie mille !!

Una notte della Taranta eccellente

Posto fantastico con la splendida terrazza proprio di sopra al palco dove si svolgeva il concerto della Notte della Taranto che ho visto, divertendomi un sacco, comodamente seduta in poltrona

A FUIR..!!! +++

Tout d'abord lors de notre arrivée l'accueil par le personnel fut mitigé le jeune garçon à la reception très agréable la jeune fille brune très peu chaleureuse.... Nous avons rencontré un très gros problème avec la climatisation le fonctionnement ne nous a pas été expliqué tout comme on ne nous a pas mentionné que le bouton de la climatisation marche/Arrêt se trouvait dans la salle de bain!!! C'est vrai que cela paraît très évident ! En rentrant du dîner il faisait extrêmement chaud dans la chambre aucun personnel de nuit dans cet hôtel juste un numéro de tel pour assistance ascenseurs personne pour intervenir nous avons dormi avec 40 degrés dans la chambre à 200 € la nuit..!!! A cela ensuite la douchette de la salle de bain cassée, chambre absolument pas insonorisée des jeunes au-dessus sont rentrés à 5h30 d'une fiesta nous avons tous été réveillés....Et pour finir l'établissement ne possède aucune clim dans les espaces communs il fait une chaleur monstrueuse le matin le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse est à prendre avant 9h sinon c'est intenable...Le bâtiment à l'intérieur est très beau, la décoration raffinée mais l'extérieur tombe en ruine et le personnel avec...! Lors de notre départ nous n'avons eu aucun geste commercial,ni excuses mais des rires de la jeune femme brune à l'accueil, à 200 € la nuit en pleine saison quand elle est à à peine 90 € le reste de l'année il faut mieux vraiment aller ailleurs...!!!
