Hotel Dekat GRAND FRONT OSAKA

"Loved everything"

"I am to express my sincerely thanks to the hotel staff and helping us to accommodate 13 bicycle case. Your help is extremely needed. I will rate this hotel 5 stars. Good location and clean."

"We loved the individual attention we received when we had questions, from going to the post office we me twice, helping us with Japanese’s words, providing ideas for day trips. Very kind and helpful English speaking people."

"Our first time experiencing a Japanese traditional hotel, and we loved it! Great location and delicious breakfast!"

"The rooms were clean and very spacious for Japan we had a separate bathroom and shower area very clean and great to use massive rain showerhead and hot water we felt very welcomed and staff was super friendly and even helped us forward our luggage to our other hotel. It is located close to the livlyness of the city so for anyone wanting to go out and be right in the middle of everything it's great found food can many other shops around."

"Terrible hotel!"

"Uniquely decorated property, very industrial chic. About 5-10 minute walk from Umeda station with plenty around the area. Staff were very helpful when asked. Had laundry facilities. Only annoying thing (which to be fair we never asked for help with) was that the light in the water closet was on a sensor which would go out after like 20 seconds. Room was a good size with a living space which was nice after the tiny rooms of Tokyo. Excellent sound proofing. Would definitely stay here again."

"Great location for access to the city. Hotel entrance hard to find"

"清掃のレベルが今ひとつ。 設備が全体的に古く、エアコンの吹き出し口もボロボロ、稼働もうるさいので消して寝た。 部屋のフレグランスがキツすぎて、具合が悪くなってきた。"

No there is not a control panel to micromanage each feature of the hotel - but the rooms are spacious everything is incredibly well laid out and I appreciate not having to read a list of instructions to control the room environment. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and just to my taste but those who detest "brown furniture" might be disappointed. The staff is very...

"Good. Clean and service good. "

"Lovely reception, quiet area with lovely restaurants nearby. Room is compact but comfortable. Disappointed by breakfast and not the nicest environment compared to lobby etc. but was useful for convenience Would recommend for a short stay in Osaka"
