"I was slightly apprehensive about staying at a self-service hotel but I needn't have been - the text arrived with my key code and it all worked out very well. The room was lovely - bigger than I expected and with a very nice shower. It was quiet despite being in the centre of town and on top of a shopping centre, and very comfortable. The only additional thing that would have been useful would be somewhere to store luggage after you check out (I don't think there was anywhere!), but it's not far...

"After long trip of Norway in the nutshell from Oslo to Bergen. It was so tired and when we reached Bergen train station, it was raining. The most amazing thing happened that the hotel is just beside the train station, less than a minute walk. The next amazing thing followed that the lovely staff upgraded my room to a brand new family suite. I totally enjoy my two nights stay here."
