"All good but the gym. Gym does not open until 7am. Could honestly prevent me from staying there again. I wake up and exercise early. Silly rule!!!"

"Room was awful. Very dirty and mold everywhere. Pot smokers outside our room was terrible. There was quite a gap in the door, so we smelled it all night. We won't ever go back there again. "

"They did not have my reservation. Check in took about 40 minutes. Desk personnel’s key would not work so she had to climb over her counter. Police arrived due to someone calling 911-staff was indifferent and bothered by this. No washcloths. This location is NOT the Methuen Conference Center anymore. They have blue tape covering all emblems and logos that I say that. Staff said that it is a Days Inn. I would not have booked there had I known. "

"The pool, hot tub, sauna and soa wasn’t working and I had choose it because of that, I am disappointed with it "

"Very helpful staff. Convenient location. Easy check in/out. Nice breakfast included. Floor plan a little odd but not a problem. "

"One of he elevators wasn’t working and the front staff did not tell us that. It felt like I was sharing a room with the people next-door. I could literally hear their conversations the whole night and they were arguing back and forth. The heating system would turn on really loud and it was worse at night time because it was quiet. "

"Rooms were upgraded very nice only downfall the bathroom now only has a small counter no place to put items no shelf under sink or small cubby holes they used to have "

"The property had a terrible smell and there was dog droppings in the parking lot and in the walk ways to walk into the building . We did not get any clean towels and we did not even sleep there . Our furnace was being replaced at our home so we went for showers and it was terrible! "

"This place is horrible.Early morning lots of noise, people next door fighting. Floor above us was like someone moving in at 8am in the morning. Called the FD to make a complaint but the issue was never resolved they said no one is in the room above us which is insane. In addition to that none of the ice machines works on either floors. Tv has no internet."

"There were hairs in the bed, hairs in the shower and the walls were paper thin. You can hear everything."
