"The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The night shift front desk person (I didn’t get his name) tried so hard to call 2 taxis for us to no avail. "We had a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars stay. The staff was so helpful, Angela on the front desk answered to all of our questions regarding to our next visit to Naoshima Island. She was so thoughtful and helpful trying to make it a great visit. "The room was comfortable but a little small so I had to squeeze a little bit when opening my suitcase. This hotel was generally a good option but I found some mold emerged in the air conditioner. I think the hotel should clean it properly to secure healthy stays for their customers."
