The room was very clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff helped make our stay very enjoyable. Close proximity to the Hakata Station was excellent and we often ate at the many restaurants in and around the station.

Totally it’s a great hotel in service, cleanliness and location. Only the space of room is too small, it didn’t have space to open the 29 inch luggage box

A nice little hotel near the station and easy access to the centre of town, staff were polite and friendly and apart from lack of storage space for clothes (a normal thing in Japan hotels) everything was really good.

I got fresh towels everyday👍. The hotel is very near Hakata Station. A popular local ramen shop is just around the corner of the hotel. A local bus stop is just one block away. Very comfortable place.

Friendly staff, everything was as expected. Good bed, sleep mode for the air conditioner. If you want a beer or other alcohol, there is a vending machine for that in the foyer. The only thing that wasn't good was the noise of the fridge when in operation. Would definetly come again!
