房間的壁紙破損,浴室的浴缸排水孔阻塞,隔音沒有很好,最後一天還沒有熱水,冷氣的出風葉片也是壞的,乾式分離的浴簾搖搖欲墜 唯一的優點應該就是地理環境很好,外面就是唐吉訶德跟藥妝店,離地鐵站也很近 但是不建議獨旅的女性住宿,因為樓下是運動酒吧,喝酒的人很多,感覺有點危險,而且房間門禁只有一個密碼鎖,大門是沒有任何鎖的

ワンルームって感じです　ホテルというよりは寝てシャワー浴びればのみ 下の店舗が飲み屋なので音が跳ね返ってきます 爆音ではないですが、いつもどこかで音が響くようなものです 風呂をためると排水溝の排水が間に合わずに少し溢れました　このためかシャワー室と部屋の段差が幅があります　足元気をつけて　アメニティーボトルがありますがクレンジングオイルが出なかったです 内鍵もなく、チェーンもない　番号はランダムだそうですが開けられる不安があります チェックインルームは人一人が倒れるくらい　大きいキャリーは不向きです 一時預かりの荷物エリアが同じビル5階にありますが、ワイヤーのみで施錠できる鍵もなく宿泊者関係なしに出入りできる扉なので安全性に不安があります 天神南周辺で簡易的に泊まれることを想定なら問題ないです

같은 건물 내에 숫자만 다른 동명의 숙소가 하나 더 있으니 주의해야 합니다. mizuka imaizumi 4는 3층에 위치합니다. 텐진미나미역까지 도보 3분 거리, 텐진역까지는 도보로 10분 거리에 있고 두 역 사이에 지하상가가 있기 때문에 접근성이 매우 편리했습니다. 또한 숙소 근처에 여러 식당과 돈키호테 텐진 본점이 있었기 때문에 매우 편리하게 이용이 가능합니다. 하지만 단점이 매우 많습니다. 체크인 시 호텔 내에 태블릿을 이용하여 체크인을 해야하는데, 직원과의 전화통화를 필수적으로 해야합니다. 제가 방문했을 때는 10분을 내리 기다려야 통화를 받고 체크인이 가능했습니다. 숙소 내부의 청결도 문제가 있습니다. 보이는 곳마다 먼지가 발견되었으며 침대에는 이전 투숙객의 머리카락이 나올 정도로 관리가 되고 있지 않습니다. 다른 리뷰에는 벌레가 나온다는 평도 있습니다만, 제가 투숙하였을때는 나오지는 않았습니다. 하지만 1층에 음식점이 위치하고 있기 때문에 충분히 나올수도 있다고 생각합니다. 방의 도어락도 매우 부실합니다. 문을 제대로 닫으려면 충분히 힘을 줘야만 닫히고 이마저도 보안장치가 매우 허술해 마음만 먹으면 쉽게 문을 딸수 있게 되어 있습니다. 호텔의 보안을 후쿠오카의 치안에 온전히 맡겨야 하는 수준입니다. 가장 문제라고 생각하는 부분은 주변 소음 및 숙소 내의 블라인드였습니다. 새벽 내내 주변에서 공사하는 소음이 들려 제대로 숙면을 취하지 못하였으며 새벽임에도 불구하고 블라인드가 빛을 제대로 차단하지 못하여 낮인 마냥 밝았습니다. 개인적인 방이 있음에도 불구하고 캡슐호텔이 더 나을것 같다고 생각한 호텔은 여기가 처음이였습니다. 위치는 매우 좋았으나 그게 끝이였던 호텔입니다.

L’hôte est adorable, discret et attentionné. Accueil merveilleux ! Maison charmante et pratique, j’ai aimé la décoration typique et épurée. Très bien placé, proche de tous les temples qui sont accessibles à pied et proche d’une station de bus. Un peu froid au mois de Janvier donc peut être pas adapté si vous êtes très frileux. Mais vaut vraiment la peine au vue de la qualité de tout le reste! Merci merci !

週末の夜のステイには耳栓を。。。

週末一人旅での利用でした。 部屋は必要最低限のものが整っており、シンプルで使いやすい部屋でした。 ただ、就寝時、階下の飲食店で賑わう人々の声が夜中の2時頃まで響いてなかなか寝れませんでした。。。 週末ステイには耳栓必須です。

アメニティが豊富でどれも清潔感があった。駅からもそれほど遠くなく、エントランスもシンプルでオシャレだった。少しWiFiの繋がりが悪かったのが少し残念だが、申し分ないクオリティだと思う。

タイムセールで安く宿泊できました。 受付と宿泊場所が離れてます。荷物が 多いと大変かも。シャンプー等アメニティ、ドライヤー、冷蔵庫、電気ケトル、加湿器はありますが、パジャマとタオルはないので注意が必要です。 宿泊したビルの1階が飲食店でした。そこのお店かはわかりませんが、日付が変わる頃まで飲み会の音が聞こえました。アメニティに耳栓がありました。 セキュリティもしっかりしてますし、施設も綺麗で全体的にとても良かったです。 湯船はないので、1泊ならまた利用したいです。

쾌적합니다.

체크인센타가 따로 있는거 외엔 모두 좋았습니다. 슬리퍼. 수건. 이불 모두 깨끗하고 가습기가 있어 히터를 사용해지만 건조하지 않아 좋았습니다. 양쪽 옆방이 비어있었는지 옆방 소음도 없었습니다.

スタッフの方が妙に堅苦しくなく、ナチュラルな丁寧さでとても感じが良かったです。室内は基本的に清潔で良かったのですが、一つだけ気になったのが芳香剤の香りでした。瓶にお線香のような細い棒が3、4本挿してあるタイプのものですね。人工的な香りが苦手なので、あれは不要でした。
