Location of the property great ..for walking to and from from the FICC. The rooms are pretty tight for 2 people with international luggage..the bathroom was particularly tiny .. No breakfast or any cafes/ restaurant onsite was not helpful

Good for what it is. Non-smoking room that smelled of stale cigarettes, but otherwise fine for a two night stay. Good price, bed was comfortable, in a good area close to things to do. Would stay again for a short stay.

Quiet ambience. The hall in the hotel is quite hot. Self-service while check-in but the staff is quite nice. Willing to help and provide assistance, in spite of finding difficulties in communicating in English.

Reasonable price, especially for Fukuoka. I expected a more claustrophobic room, but it wasn't as small as expected. The room was big enough for my wife and I. Bathroom/ shower were as narrow as is common in the area. Hair dryer, shampoo, rinse and body soap were included. You can ask for extra towels and other amenities. The Nepalese staff were professional and nice. They spoke to me in Japanese. I didn't try to find out if they also speak English too.

I rarely write a bad review, but I don’t have much good to say about our 3 days stay. They are so concern with cost that they make you pay for locker to keep you bags when you arrive early for check in (even 30 mins earlier) There is only one elevator for everyone. it is extremely inconvenient that I have to wait forever each time (also safety issues.) . They WILL not clean your room while you staying with them . The bed and blanket was so cheap (thin cheap polyester blanket I am talking about) and staffs are not friendly additionally and not helpful. I understand that bathroom in Japan is small, but this hotel is the next level of small) I don’t usually write bad reviews but I just travellers in the future to be aware before they book at them.

So-so hotel, no frills

Room smelt damp and was a lot smaller than pictures would have you believe. Quite expensive when we stayed but you’re paying to be in Hakata.

Slightly away from the nearest subway station. Very basic business hotel. Did not find value for money for the amount we paid for the stay. Very large bedroom by Japanese standards but a tiny washroom. They could've designed the space better. Will stay closer to Hakata station or Canal City for our next visit.
