The location of the hotel is excellent, very quiet and safe neighborhood. The room was very clean, comfortable and the beds were also very nice. Having a washing machine was wonderful. The staff was very considerate specially since our flight arrived a little late. Staff was very helpful before a during our stay at the hotel.

Excellent, spacious accommodations close to the Kokusai Center. Very clean. And loved the kitchen. Remote staff were responsive, especially at check-in which was a little involved but do-able. Overall, super place to stay.

First time staying in a grand base and we were all really impressed. The room was brand new, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen area was excellent and the washing machine inside the unit was very useful.

初めて利用しましたが部屋が広く快適です。 清掃がとてもよくされていて蛇口まで水垢がなくピカピカです。 アメニティは最小限です、シャンプーなどは一応置いてはありますが持参した方がいいかと思います。くし等はないです。 チェックインはタブレット端末で行います。情報入力後、オペレーターの方と通話がつながり注意事項を述べられますので説明を聞きチェックインです。 鍵やカードはなく番号入力式です。 冷凍庫、冷蔵庫、簡単な調理器具が置いてあります。 洗濯機もあり浴室暖房で乾かせます。子連れにはかなり便利です。 照明だけは不便です。寝室、居間、キッチンの照明が連動していて子供を寝た後キッチンで洗い物しようとすると全部つくので脱衣所の方をつけてその灯りでやる感じです。笑 駐車場はないので近隣に止めることになります。 総合的にとても良いです。部屋数が少ないので予約取りにくいとは思いますが空いていたらここが良いです。 また利用したいお宿でした。

숙소 좋아요

가족여행 숙소로 매우 좋은 숙소 같습니다. 더블 침대3개라 4명이서 지내기엔 좋았습니다. 간단히 아침이나 밤에 맥주한잔 할수도 있는 테이블과 쇼파가 있고, 화장실과 욕실이 분리되어 있고 세면대도 욕실 바로앞에 분리되어 있어 좋습니다. 세탁기 있습니다. 근데 저희는 사용 안했어요. 무인 호텔이라 수건을 빨아써야한다고 했는데 세탁하고 건조시키는게 너무 귀찮아서 수건 4장 더 챙겨가서 사용했습니다. 다음에 만약 텐진쪽으로 또 온다면 다시 숙박할 생각입니다. 체크인할때 담당자와 통화되는데 어설픈 영어쓰면 바로 한국사람이냐고 한국말로 물어봐주고 그다음부턴 한국말로만 대화했습니다. 체크인 금방되구요. 룸 컨디션 뿐만 아니고 건물 전체가 깨끗합니다.

家族、女6人で2泊させていただきました☺️ 中洲川端駅が最寄り駅でアクセスもよく、コンビニも少し歩くとあるしわりと便利でした。15時からのチェックインでしたが、早めにお部屋にも入れていただき有難かったです。初めてのアパートメント式ホテル、ゆっくり静かにのんびりできて楽しめましたჱ̒^o̴̶̷̤ ·̫ o̴̶̷̤^) 設備的にもキレイで充実していたと思います。 洗濯洗剤も用意して行きましたが、ちゃんと置いてあり、浴室乾燥機で乾燥もできました✨✨ 一つお願いしたいのは、スティッククリーナーあるいはフロアモップ、せめてコロコロを置いて置いていただきたい!(´▽｀) ドライヤー使うとどうしても髪の毛が落ちるので、キッチンペーパー濡らしてお掃除しましたが、それらがあると(連泊になると特に)かなり役立つと思いました☺️ 最寄り駅までは10分くらいは歩くので、小さなお子様連れや荷物の多い場合はタクシー利用がいいかと思います。我が家は大人3人に中２、小６、小４だったので、荷物も分散して勇んで歩きました\/\/Ww𐤔ʷ 🤣ّʷ𐤔wW \/\/

좋았어요

부모님 모시고간 다섯식구 여행에 딱 좋았습니다 침구류도 편하고 렌지 냉장고 냉동고 세탁기 식기류있어서 마트음식먹기에도 좋았구요~ 주변에 버스정류장도 다양하게있어서 이동하기도 편했고 텐진이나 나카스는 여유롭게 걸어다녀도 문제되지않을 거리였어요!

정말 만족합니다!!!

정말 만족하고 편안하게 묵었어요. 위치나 시설 정말 모두 좋았습니다! 단 저녁 비행기이신 분들은 미리 늦게 도착한다고 알리고 체크인하시면 편할 것 같아요. 밤 10시까지 체크인이였는데 비행기가 연착되는 바람에 정말 달려서 겨우 5분전에 숙소에 도착 체크인했습니다. 체크인 못할까봐 뛰느라 정말 힘들었어요. 나중에 확인해보니 늦게 도착하는 경우 알려달라고 메일을 보내셨는데 제가 확인을 못하고 갔더라고요. 미리 알리고 가시면 편하실듯 싶습니다. 다시 가면 또 묵을꺼에요! 정말 깨끗해서 아주 편하게 지내다 왔습니다!

新しい施設だからかとてもきれいで、無人チェックインも事前にチェックインしているとスムーズでした。 ただ、部屋の鍵が番号なのがネック。 うちは子供が大声で「何番だよね～」とか言ってしまい、少し怖いなって思いました。
