Clean and spacious room
A pleasant stay in this hotel. Though it's not really near the subway, the room is considered spacious. Seems like it has recently renovated as the furnishing looks new and trendy.

simple clean but despite paying more via --- ( as compared to walk in rate ) we didnt get breakfast included !! Very disappointing.
When checking in at the reception they seemed not to recognize my booking. The hotel may not be accustomed to bookings from this website.

Easily accessible and great location
Overall had a great experience at this hotel. Hotel is easy to find from Tenjin station. Easy access to Nakasu and Kawabata area. Near to underground shopping mall or you can walk to Watanabe-dori shopping area.
Vastasi kuvausta hyvin, henkilökunnan englanninkielen taito vaatisi parannusta, tämä kommentti sopii tietysti muutenkin paikkakuntaan, mutta erityisesti olettaisi hiukan parempaa kielitaitoa hotellissa.

The Garden Palace was an excellent
The Garden Palace was an excellent value. After booking for only 7300 yen, less than we'd paid for our other Fukuoka Hotel, we were expecting a modest place with typical tiny rooms. However, the room was spacious (by Japanese business hotel standards!) with two chairs and a table as well as desk and chair, refrigerator, tea making, and good plumbing with plenty of water pressure in the shower. The staff were helpful and did their best to communicate. They kept our luggage for five days, before we checked in, while we traveled around Kyushu. Altogether, our stay at the GP was very pleasant. The only downside is that the hotel is between two subway stations, so about a 10-15 minute walk to either. I only wish we'd booked there for the five nights we stayed in Fukuoka at the start of our trip.
