Used this hotel as home base in Kyushu, 10 minute walk to Hakata station, 2 minute walk to main street. Basically where you need to be but without street noise😉 This hotel offers all the amenities you need as well as nice sized rooms. Will definitely return on my next Japan vacay.

This is a well located hotel. Easy access to Hakata station. We know rooms in general are small in Japan, but I found this one smaller than the norm especially when the bed is against 2...almost 3 walls and you have crawl out of bed when you are 2 guests. We arrived at the hotel around 9-10pm. There were issues with the check-in system, so a staff helped us. It was quite warm in the lobby, the elevator, and in the hallways. There were a few combini around/nearby so that was a plus. We had put do not disturb sign, and came back to a nice package of fresh towels, pjs, etc. That was a nice touch.
