Inconsiderate service - not offering help despite seeing resident with children with heavy luggage and stroller. Unwelcoming and unhelpful reception by front desk calling in for room assistance.

Hotel Hokke Club Fukuoka
Excellent stay all-around. Check-in, restaurant & cleaning staff all helpful & friendly. Large, well-laid out room. Great location a short walk from Hakata Station. Am returning to stay again in a few days.
