"Food was amazing, communal areas were perfect and plenty of amenities. All staff are very pleasant and really helpful.
The only issue I had was with the room initially - tiny bugs were in the kitchen area (I don’t think anyone had stayed in the room for a while). Maybe common in these locations - I’m not sure.
However, it was clean overall and bug spray I got at a local shop sorted this out."
"La estancia ha sido perfecta, lo único que se podria mejorar es la comida. El buffet era muy justo, con poca variedad de comida y muy repetitiva. Por otra parte, al ir en media pensión se tenia que pagar la bebida, cosa lógica, pero no se incluia ni el agua del grifo. "Fantastic resort due to having 4 pools and direct beach access to 3 swimming lagoons with white sand beach , good food choices , now 20 years old tho. Mini golf course was nearly unplayable due to leaves and stones .
Having 4 pools is brilliant , love the large saltwater one. Wok and Zen menu is too limited .
Plenty of things too do. Just needs a refurb to bring it back to true 5 star status ."

The biggest disappointment by far was the food. Breakfast was genuinely poor, and the buffet seemed terrified of seasoning. The biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. It was extremely hot, making it very difficult to sleep. When we raised this with reception, we were simply told to open the window, which only resulted in bugs coming into the room. We also spoke to other guests who said they were experiencing the same problem, so it clearly wasn’t an isolated issue.
