"The Hotel Ermitage was great in every way. The hotel staff was exceptional. Everyone was incredibly pleasant, personable, and helpful. The quality of the accommodations was excellent; clean and well attended. The hotel is conveniently located across the street from the Oeschinensee Gondola and within walking distance of the town center. Very peaceful. Overall, it was a great experience."
"Lovely stay overall. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the balcony view was fantastic. Hard to beat, honestly. The location is very convenient, especially for getting to Oeschinensee.
A few things kept it from being perfect. The breakfast was fine but not memorable, and the scrambled eggs in particular were disappointing. The waitress in the breakfast room also wasn't the friendliest.
