Lovely grounds , comfortable seating to enjoy the breakfest buffet, or a cocktail. Easy walking distance to the Mediterranean, promenade, marina, Castle Hill, known as ``La Colline du Château'' for most photographed view of Nice. If you can spare the extra dollars, get a room with a garden view. "

"Lovely hotel in an excellent neighborhood across the street from the beach. Breakfast buffet was high quality and copious. Friendly and helpful staff. Only criticism is the sometimes slow elevator. "
