"We loved staying at this spacious hotel. The room was amazing, great facilities and large balcony. Well stocked mini bar too. Staff were very attentive especially Mahud at the beach. Both the pool and beach area were great. I felt the pool area was a bit understaffed but the staff did their best to serve you. It’s 20mins or so in the bus or tram into nice old town but both were just there by the hotel. Will definitely return if I’m able. "

"Facilities and staff are great, hotel well located but in a somewhat sketchy area. Do not understand why they make you check in in advance if once you get there the whole process is repeated. Staff in reception made a big difference, they are excellent"
