"This place is perfect for a certain type of folks. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated its affordability. Not much A/C and comfortable with no frills, except for the great pool area. Kind and helpful staff. Safe, quiet and lots of families. If you’re not high maintenance you will think it’s perfect."

"The accommodation and location was fantastic for if you're driving/renting a car. The pool was nice and available. You're right next to Grimaud, grocery store, and the drive is not so bad to get to Saint Tropez. The apartment was quite spacious with three bedrooms, a living room wirh a connected "kitchen" containing a fridge, stove, and a sink. Everything was clean but for our stay of 1 week it would have been nice to have extra sheets and pillows. The beds are not so comfortable but...

"Everything was just fantastic! I highly suggest you stay here. The location is exceptionally convenient and extremely clean, and the staff is invaluable and kind. It is just one block away to the left of the Monaco boundaries, and the Grand Casino and Mall are a very few blocks away!"

"We chose this apartment hotel for its proximity to the Nice-Ville train station and points of interest in Nice within walking distance. We were met at the front desk by Akhmed, our multilingual, hospitable host. "Al nostro arrivo in Omaggio dei macaron e delle carte francesi, mappa con i poati da visitare, wifi, stazione per riempire le bottiglie d acqua gratuitamente. Posizione super centrale, a due passi dalla fermata del tram e dalla stazione Nice-Ville etc..ottimo per visitare la città e i dintorni con il treno. Personale molto gentile - colazione buona ma poca scelta, non buffet. Fittano asciugamano e ombrellone a buon prezzo per visitare le spiaggie.
