"The staff were amazing and so helpful! The hotel was exquisit, simply beautiful, and in a great location. Walkable to shops, dining and attractions. The restaurant and bar were under construction and not open during our stay, which was disappointing, but overall I would give this hotel 5 out of 5 stars, would stay there again in a heartbeat!"

"We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, although the pool was very cool temperature wise which made it more difficult to fully enjoy. Our toilet seat was not fastened well and moved around a lot. We very much enjoyed the hot breakfast each day, especially the fresh biscuits with sausage gravy! Overall I would recommend this as a good value with easy access to shopping, downtown La Crosse, and many other local attractions."
