"Good location. Reception is top floor which wasn’t terribly convenient. Have to pre book parking. I tried but got no response and ended up parked on the street 500m away. Weird spacecraft-style door to the equally strange bathroom and door wouldn’t close properly. Air con didn’t work but they brought us a fan. Can’t get to a bathroom on arrival without key access to a ‘public’ area so if you’ve travelled far stop at services or use airport bathrooms! Bed quite comfy. Breakfast good. Nice views. Nice area to relax and look out from 9th floor at the city. On reflection our overall 4 stars is generous."

"The front desk and concierge were extremely friendly and helpful. Being from the states we were slightly worried about communication. They understood and spoke English very well which made check in and parking much easier. Valet services for personal cars were helpful as well. The room was beautiful and better than our expectations. A lot of features that we wished to have in hotels in the states, such as towel dryers and do not disturb buttons. The rooms appeared to be cleaned twice daily and well maintained. I will definitely be back with friends for our next trip to Bordeaux. Highly recommended. My only negative comment is it is a bit far of a walking distance from the main city areas but otherwise that helps keep the hotel area very quiet."

"What a convenient place to stay! Small room but it had everything we needed and was so well thought out. Staff were excellent and very friendly. Central location for trams and tourist sites. Perfect for a brief visit to Bordeaux."

"It's a great place to stay overnight, very close to the rail station. Easy short walk to old town, castle and cathedral. Has everything you need, including air conditioning. Charming lobby with great coffees. Friendly young employees."
