"This is a new, very clean property about a 25 minute walk, or one U-Bahn stop, from the Munich Messe. Very comfortable, and inexpensive compared to other options available. My problem was that any messages I tried to get to the management went unanswered, which disappointed me. This is a residential and light commercial area, the number of restaurants is limited, but all the rooms have kitchens, so I would recommend you eat breakfast in your room and have dinner wherever you are before...

On Expedia, the place looked very clean and well kept but when we got there, our room was incredibly small for two people (we didn’t have room to place our suitcases). "Such a lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Kids loved the pool. Room was amazing, we didn’t include breakfast as we have two fussy eaters and we had everything to have our own breakfast . So clean and the kids loved the room above ours. They have asked if we go back to Munich can we stay there so that’s a great review from the kids. Happy hour was great also in the bar with food and drink. Would love to go back and happily recommend for anyone to stay."
