"This is very decent hotel for 3 star rating. The staff is nice and breakfast was good. We felt some smoking smell in the room while entering, so hotel needs to enforce no smoking policy more strictly. Another suggestion is to include non-egg version of items in the breakfast to cater to vegan and people with allergy sensitive. Overall, definitely recommended to stay. "

"Our son had a baseball tournament in Cortland/Ithaca so we chose to forgo the mediocre price gauged hotel chains and do some fancy camping. The owners were super welcoming. The tent was spacious (4 of us) and the location by the river was amazing. I was most worried about the shared bathrooms but they were immaculate & clean. The large walk in shower rooms with separate doors were awesome. The grounds have cornhole and ladderball, volleyball and tetherball. It would have been a great place for...

"Perfect for what we needed. The woman at the front desk who was ALSO running around the dining area during breakfast didn’t miss a neat. I wish I remembered her name. She surely took so crap but with all the grace in the world. Definitely need more staff. Hall was dark and a bit musty, sink water smelled of sulfur when turned on, stained “dust ruffles” on one of the beds. "
