Shower did not drain well so your ankles take a bath which was kinda gross. Could hear other guests even though it didn't seem they were being particularly loud (tv, talking, door closing, etc.)

The room was clean which is most important to me. the bathroom had a lot of counter space. The room itself was spacious. The bed and bedding were comfortable.

I stayed at the hotel for a conference and the distance from the event center was perfect, such a short drive. The staff was amazing. I left my iPad after checking out and immediately received a phone call to pick it up. I was so grateful to their staff!

There were a couple of false alarm evacuations that were disruptive and stressful. One happened late in the evening when we were in bed and early the next morning before we woke up.

Just what we wanted and needed at a fairly reasonable rate. Clean, well maintained. Natalie gave us a lovely greeting. Temperature control is great. Feels totally safe. Very pleased with the experience.

We stayed there for a wedding. We all came back to the bar after. Bartender was not happy. Gave us the wrong beer we asked for then gave the next customer the beer we asked for. Very dark. No music. Overall hotel was nice otherwise.

The hotel was really nice and the staff was very friendly (especially the lady serving breakfast) but there was no hot water in the shower the night of or the next morning. I managed a cold shower once but I left without one today.

The cleaning staff is amazing. This hotel is spotless!! Other than one person at the desk who was extremely lazy & made his own rules such as couldn’t pay cash for a soda and claimed hotel was out of coffee in the morning due to out of stock (which was a lie) the rest of the staff was very polite and helpful. The restaurant staff and chef was on point as well. Stay there on business and will be back again.

Needed two rooms for a one night stay. Overall very clean and comfortable. The room doors tend to SLAM shut which was very disruptive to sleeping. Perhaps hinge adjustments are required.

We were woken up to housekeeping coming into our room at 8:30 in the morning. Check out is not until 11. Did not knock on door either. Unacceptabe!!

I stayed at the hotel for one night, at 1:15 a.m I heard people downstairs, outside my window, yelling and and being loud so I called the front desk and asked them to have them quiet down. This was the first noise complaint I had to make for that day. At 3 a.m the people in the room next to me were being loud screaming arguing and playing loud music. I called down to the front desk and asked them to come up and speak with them about keeping the noise down. Shortly after that the noise continued so I got up and went next door to ask them myself to keep the noise down not only were the guests in the room rude, they started yelling at me, closed the door in my face and kept being loud. After that I went down to the front desk and spoke to Rob who was working that shift and asked him what else could be done about the noise, Rob informed me that he had already spoken with the room and other guests in the hotel about the noise but there was nothing he could do because there was no security on-site. I asked him if he could call the police and he said he didn't want to so I ended up calling them myself. The police showed up but shortly after they left the noise continued on until 5 something in the morning. When I went down to check out the next morning, Nelson was working the front desk and I asked him if I could receive compensation or speak with someone about what had occurred and I was told that there was nothing that could be done and that there wasn't even a report on file.

Front of the house staff should be more attentive/ responsive and alert to their surroundings. Coffee in the lobby was out or cold every morning. Front desk staff just sitting there doing nothing. Bar and bartender was horrible. The bar itself is in a terrible location. The bartender was personally made aware of a big party coming in the next day the before and when everyone arrived she was working alone and had the lights off. She was Not friendly or prepared. We had guests traveling from afar who wanted to enjoy the bar area for a couple of drinks but instead the bartender acted like we were an inconvenience! The hotel lost a lot of money that night.
