Cari Apartment di Frauenfeld

"The hotel was clean and tidy. The reception left a lot to be desired, however. The front desk attendant was often not present and despite having selected this hotel for the included breakfast, we were turned away and told to contact hotels.com. After a long conversation with hotels.com (it took around a hour to reach someone), they confirmed we’d paid for breakfast. They offered a small credit and suggested we return for breakfast. None of us felt comfortable doing so after the chilly and...

"LATE CHECK-IN BEWARE. If you don’t plan to arrive until late, be aware that it will be extremely hard to get ahold of someone if there is a problem getting your key from the lockbox. They have a 24/7 support line, but someone doesn’t always answer it. I completed the check-in days before my arrival and received my code. When I arrived, the code worked, but someone did not put the keys in the right place so I could not get access to my apartment. I had to wait outside for an hour and a half at...

"Window felt like it was coming out of the wall, mildew and stains on shower curtain, no mention of not having a lift, moveable closet was falling apart on the bottom, BED SAGGED SO BAD IN THE MIDDLE THAT MY HUSBAND AND I COULD NOT SLEEP BECAUSE WE WERE FALLING INTO EACH OTHER, window blinds would not go up, owner never answered emails, WiFi password was not there but was promised, at least five sirens during the night, not enough toilet paper. I have pictures to back all of this up. Unless you...

"Good location. TV not possible to use as there is no battery in the remote control. Bed lights are not possible to connect due to different standards of light power cables and receptacles. Balcony was not clean from garbage tissue paper. Overall experience is good due to good location."

"Absolutely Horrible Experience – Dirty, Unsafe and Zero Customer Service! Our experience at SwissStar Irchel was absolutely horrible, with serious safety hazards in the room. Room 404 was extremely cramped and could not accommodate 3 people. Dangerously sharp furniture and fixtures around the bed. Even more disturbing, extremely sharp hooks directly above the headboard, right where someone could easily hit their head. It is completely unacceptable for sharp metal fixtures to be positioned...

"When we booked this property we received what was supposed to be the view and that view was not close to what we actually had. We were supposed to see the river but saw the apartments across the way. My first trip to Switzerland and the room was a huge disappointment "
