The rooms were very nice with balcony, breakfast spread was delicious, and Roberto was very helpful at recommending places to visit and making dinner reservations for us. Lovely family dog Aki keeps you a nice company only if u wish.. Room itself needs some serious upgrade I also recommend adding a kettle and mini fridge other than that really enjoyed our stay and difinately will comeback "

"Gemma the owner was absolutely wonderful. She made us feel welcome. We stayed had to mom‘s place which was a very quiet house on the hill with a beautiful view. The temperature outside was 24 at night when it was 32 in Verona everything was wonderful. The mom was a darling. We were so lucky to find that place. We will be back for sure. I’ll give it 10 out of 10."

"The staff were well educated about the property and provided lots of information. Mario and Leon from the bar were great. The General Manager (forgot his name) was also very helpful. The girl who checked us in and all the staff were professional, helpful and always available. The entire property was truly amazing. Words can't describe the beauty and character of it.
