"Clean room with cold air conditioning. I was disappointed with not having bowls/plates & cutlery though. Apparently you had to request which I did not see that information when booking online until I had arrived late with my kids amd resd it in the envelope. I then tried to get some bowls/ spoons in the morning but the front office was not open. Still wasnt when I left at 9.30 in the morning. Otherwise overall it was comfy and clean. "

"We had a super stay! Staff was all friendly and helpful, we got a surprise upgrade to a penthouse suite which we didn’t need, but truly appreciated. The porch spaces took superior advantage of the views from this hotel. The pools were AMAZING and the parking safe and secure. Nice location to walk the pier and enjoy the downtown. "Friendly staff who were helpful and responsive.We had a problem with the toaster which was replaced straight away. We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment which was huge inside and also had plenty of space in the balcony. Close to cafes and takeaways, only a few mins walk. Easy undercover parking"
