"During a 6 day stay our room was never cleaned, despite stopping daily to ask the front desk if they could please clean our room. The carpet was so dirty and it felt sticky. There was also a 2" cockroach on the wall that we had to kill. When I confronted the front desk on the fourth day of our stay - they apologized and said they didn't have enough help to take care of our room. They offered some snacks from the store - but all we wanted was our room cleaned up. This was a terrible place...

"Amy catered to our every need. Even cleared our breakfast dishes. Also helped with dining recommendations. Continental breakfast was enough to eat and presented well. However got a little boring after 3 days so Amy stopped and got us donuts. Rooms were clean and the Nicole was spacious. The outdoor oasis with pool and hot tub was heaven. "

"The check-in was a little confusing with the digital locks, but the staff talked me through it easily. It was nice to be able to text an actual person. I will definitely be back there. It’s the perfect location and still very quiet."

"Great hotel location with safe, daily fee parking that was charged to the room. The room was perhaps Too spacious (I could do gymnastics in there) with a very low bed that felt weird getting in and out of. Otherwise great location to downtown and had a great bar and restaurant atmosphere if you wanted something convenient."

"We enjoyed our visit, the breakfast was delicious. Waffles, egg omelette, potatoes with bell peppers, breakfast sandwiches and so much more. The room was clean, well stocked and roomy for 4 adults and one teen. I would have liked the pool to be opened at least an hour later, closes at 9 pm. The pool was perfect to relax, great for the small kids not for swimming. The wind was cold, warmed up next to a fire pit.
