"Very, very nice hotel. We were checked in quickly by a wonderful front desk crew, especially Henry. The hotel itself is spotless, parking is free, it's literally steps away from the convention center which was nice considering we were there when it was quite cold. The rooms were perfect and clean. The restautant was decent. Would definitley stay again!"

"The room was freezing cold for about a half hour when we got there but the heater worked well and eventually it warmed up. Room was large and clean. Parking was right in front of room. Wish the room had a full length mirror. People travel when they have an event to go to and we like to see how we look. The bathroom mirror sort of tilts down for a bit of an outfit check but a full length would have been great. Bed was comfortable and bedding was really nice! Guy who runs the place was very nice!...

"Room was cozy, nice winter wonderland feel with a fireplace. Recommendations: refill the hot water for afternoon tea from 3-6pm. Otherwise, it's lukewarm from sitting out since breakfast service. Also, the toaster setting burns thin-sliced bread. The sign asks guests not to adjust the setting, but something needs to be adjusted. Loved the animals, looking forward to visiting again maybe when the spa renovations are done."
