"The Steigenberger is a beautiful hotel that treats a person like a real guest. We had a lovely room and thought the AC didn't work well. My husband informed the front desk and while we were having dinner, it was promptly fixed.I liked the location as we were able to walk from the train station and also, there were taxis to take us to the airport when we needed to leave. Overall, everything was great."

"The hotel was incredibly beautiful and the entire staff went above and beyond to be polite and respectful. You can tell they actually care about their job and the guests they serve. The room itself was very nice with a great view of the city. The room has a very comfortable bed, clean bathroom/showers and the hotel itself was very upscale. I will definitely be back!"

"Last minute booking due to flight cancellation. Hotel staff were friendly and positive in trying to allow us to access a room as soon as possible given our morning flight had been cancelled. Location is not too far from Terminal 2 but with suitcases a taxi is required. Room was og a good size with a very good bathroom / shower (plenty of hotter)."
