Nice hotel
The hotel itself is very nice and the staff were all very good. However, the menu in the restaurant was very poor with a very limited choice, especially for a vegetarian…..and the pasta dish my husband had was very small.

Don’t stay here in the summer!
It was an absolute disaster, first we waited for over an hour to check in at 8pm. Then our ac didn’t work, and hotel staff would not do anything to help fix unit or move us to another room. They acted like we were a bother by complaining our air wasn’t working. We intentionally switched hotels just for the ac because it was extremely hot in Germany at that time and my daughter and I both have asthma and can’t sleep without ac. To top it off we paid 3 times as much to switch hotels. I couldn’t be more dissatisfied with this stay.

Quite, comfortable, large great location
Excellent hotel, beautiful area, close to airport but in a quite location. Rooms were large and comfortable. Very clean and there are 4 free parking spaces out front and free parking along the street. Parking in the garage is 15 euro per night if you can’t find a free spot.

The staff at the front desk - Patrick Schulz and another gentleman whose name I did not get - set the tone for our stay. They were warm, welcoming, and a lot of fun - very friendly and engaging people whose joyful nature created a very positive memory that will stay with me a long, long time. I sincerely hope they realize the enormously positive impact their joking and witty banter provides! Excellent ambassadors for the hotel!

Nice hotel - check-out was a bit stressful with overcharges that it took 3 staff members to figure out - front desk more times than not had to get one or more people to help to figure out reservation charge/early check in

The staff was excellent and the location next to the forest is excellent. The lack of a small fridge in the room was the only disappointing thing.

Fabulous hotel!
One of my favourite hotels I've been to work for work and I've been to a few. The staff were very friendly and lovely. A convenient location to the messe (the reason for our trip). Lovely ameneties with a balcony on each room. There is a beautiful forest walk right next door to the hotel that leads you to the river and nature reserve. A wonderful hotel and one I'll remember for Frankfurt in future.

they should change the manager of the hotel
The weather was around 25-22 in daytime but in the night between 16-18 the problem in the room is hot you can’t sleep and the air conditioner was bad bad i wake up and water covered me all and the pillows bad too and they don’t clean or change the pillows covers everyday, still the shower gills they used it’s rally Terrible it’s dry your face and your body ,bathroom ventilation soo soo bad

We liked it
We checked in very easy, around 22:00 and we had to pay 2 euro per night / person, as a city tax(but I think it's normal as in most of the hotels is the same). Friendly staff, the room was clean, the area is quiet so for family is ok. We parked our car in front of the hotel but you could easily park it, also for free, on the street. If you want to see Frankfurt and stay at this hotel it is better to have a car. I have nothing bad to comment as we stayed only 1 night and everything was pleasant.

The staff was welcoming and super friendly! The room was clean, beautifully maintained and a restful atmosphere. On the other hand the bed was so hard it hurt my hips and back. The pillow was a nice fluffy down pillow and didn't offer support, so my neck hurt too. We were stuck trying to evacuate before the US borders closed because of COVID19 and didn't have any means of transportation. The hotel food was extremely overpriced. We paid over $5 US dollars (4,90e) for a sparkling apple juice (apple shorle), but never saw the price for it on the menu. Over all, I would recommend it if you're okay with a firm mattress and down pillow, just avoid the restaurant pricing,

Not very amused!
Check in was very painful. I arrive late at night and the front desk person/manager complained that Hotels.com did not send him my reservation. Later he found it but complained that they did not send him the rate. Later he found it but complained that they did not quote it in euros. All this while I am waiting at 4 am in the morning. In similar cases, people check the guest in and look for what is missing to find it before check out. The shower was quite poor/cheaply constructed with low water pressure.

Friendly staff and free airport shuttle that operates from 5AM - 11 PM. Hotel is not in a convenient location. It’s about 12-15 minutes by car from city centre. Have to take bus, then tram to get to subway station. Be careful if you take the shuttle to the airport, it’s normally a 15 min drive, however, they fail to let you know they have to pickup passengers from their other location that’s about 15 minutes in the opposite direction. Almost missed our flight because of this. Would not recommend staying here if you need to be close to the city centre and want a quick ride to airport.

Everything ok. Free airport shuttle. Didn't take advantage of anything else. Just try not to crack any jokes... doesn't translate well and staff might take offence! Ha!
