"The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly. I’m not giving the hotel a perfect score because there were no directions on how to find/located the shuttle services from the airport to the hotel. We landed at terminal 3 and were unable to find the pick up spot so we had no choice but to take a taxi which cost is 40 euros. Once we arrived at the hotel we were informed that the shuttle only leaves from terminal 1 but there is tram that goes from terminal to terminal. This should be mentioned."

"Very good location near old town. One issue we had in our initial room was that the AC did not work and after many technicians looked at it they eventually did the right thing and moved us. Julia at the front desk was most helpful and she got us an upgrade room that made it feel better. The food choices are a bit limited but Oscars Rest was very good although a bit pricy. Breakfast was fantastic but again a little pricy."

"This was a lovely first stop on our Europe trip. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we had some questions about the train station locations and how early we should arrive for our ticketed departures. Breakfast was lovely and filling, lots of great fresh options. Also very close to a nice supermarket and restaurants, easy to get to city center if you’re staying longer, we were here for one night."
