"Thank you for a great stay. The rooms are spotless and beds very comfortable. Staff are lovely and went out of their way to help - thank you! The hotel is very quiet in rooms, we heard no noise between the rooms. Parking is 10 euros but easy and straight outside the hotel. The breakfast was good. Thr slight issue was hot rooms with ineffective air conditioning. We asked for a fan but the hotel did not have one, so we simply brought one and ot solved the issue. Would definitely recommend this...

"Very clean, modern, comfortable and nicely decorated hotel. I was able to check in late, and because I missed my breakfast the next day (I left for the office early), the hotel contacted me on my phone to check if everything was OK. Unfortunately I did not manage to have breakfast due to my early starts, but my hosts tried to encourage me to take something or a coffee to go - extremely friendly and attentive. "Really great place to stay for families. The host is very friendly and welcoming. Excellent for families with with young children as there is sports equipment - football goals, trampoline and bikes to play on. There are also 3 washing machines and a tumble dryer so very useful if you have a longer stay. The stream is really nice for the kids to play in with tubes to ride down."

"Nice stay out of the city but easy to walk into the city and free parking which is huge when staying in a city. Nice room and good food for breakfast. Nice staff service too. Only down point was 3pm check in felt quite late"

"Wonderful location 5 minutes from Ljublana airport. Delicious dinner after checking-in late (driving from Venice). The desserts were fabulous. Staff friendly and professional. The morning breakfast service at 7am was perfect for us with an early flight. We highly recommend this small hotel in a quaint village (which also conveniently has a gas station, and a Spar grocery store)."
