"Good location between Fort Lauderdale and Miami, close to a major mall. The hotel is fairly new, clean, and looks modern. That said, I would not return. The biggest issue is the noise. The hotel sits right next to a busy road near Aventura, and the windows are clearly not soundproof. I had one of the worst nights I’ve ever had in a hotel. They moved me, but the damage was already done. I was also promised a credit that never showed up. Parking is another downside — about $40 for a basic suburban garage, which is excessive. Everything else is average at best: amenities, pool, gym, and restaurants. Breakfast is decent if you manage to get service. Overall, not worth the price or the hype. "

Take it up with expedia. Then when the hotel was contacted by expedia they denied this and said we had checked in our room was ready. Then had to fight with both expedia and the hotel to get our money back. horrific service from everyone. "
